The DNFⅢ series is known as the best sellers due to simple structures. The new version of DNF series updated its performance featuring the DAITO original method of independent three drills and pinch roller measurement as well.
Top / left / right drill positions independent ly without moving the workpiece; hole pitch and accuracy are always precise.
PENDANT OPERATION PANEL
The pendant mounted operation panel can be easily swung to either side of the machine for easy setup and operation.
PINCH ROLLER SYSTEM
The workpiece is fed by powerful pinch rollers located on the infeed / out feed sides of the machine.
Even the heaviest workpiece is fed efficiently.
LARGE MEASURING DISKS
Measuring disks mounted near the infeed and outfeed pinch rollers index accurately without any disk slippage.
POWER CLEANING BRUSH
To assure measurement accuracy,
a cleaning brush located before the infeed measuring disk removes rust and scale from the workpiece.
FOUR VERTICAL CLAMPS
Four hydraulic ver tical clamps securely hold down the workpiece to straighten slightly bowed beams and avoid upward deviation of the workpiece.
FLANGE SUPPORT
The flange height gauges not only support flanges, but also measure flange distortion which still remains after being pressed by vertical clamps.
POSITIONING COMPENSATION
The workpiece positioning error caused by inertia is compensated by the positioning of each drill.
LCD TOUCH SCREEN
User friendly LCD touch screen for easy setup and programming interface.
FULLY COVERED MACHINE
DAITO’s DNFⅢ series is a fully covered drilling machine to keep your employees safe from debris and your facility clean.
For speed drilling requests, the machine is available for oil hole drills.
Accurate drilling is available applying an optional fixture to clamp web to avoid deformed workpiece.
Two web height gauges check actual web height to allow automatic compensation for possible irregularities.
Drill chips built up inside the machine are automatically removed by the chip conveyor.
