Automatic Tool Changer (ATC)
Each drill unit has a tool magazine for holes of different diameters and marking. The tools are replaced automatically.
Layout Marking
Lines and numbers can be scratched/scribed by the drill spindle with scratching/scribing bit. They are clearly marked on material surface and it saves time from marking by hand.
"X-Y Positioning 3 Drills”Method
Three drills (left/right/top) travel 2 dimensionally while the workpiece is firmly held by vises…this original method of Daito enables unrivaled speed and accuracy.
Layout marking is performed by individual scratching/scribing tools on all four faces (3 axes simultaneously). The workpiece is stationary for maximum reliability.
Drill chips built up inside the machine are automatically removed by the chip conveyor.
Built-up drill chips are swept away during the workpiece feed.
The pendant mounted operation panel can be easily swung to either side of the machine for easy setup and operation.
